With innovative and flexible solutions, both through its own services and through a strong partner network, Hovi Partners supports its customers&#8217; growth and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company distinguishes itself through its ability to tailor solutions to customer needs and through collaborations with some of the world&#8217;s largest players in factoring, financing and credit insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A growth company with high demands on efficiency<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a fast-growing company with an active sales department, high demands were placed on internal processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cWe are a finance company and require all processes to be as efficient as possible. We needed a CRM system that gave our sales team easy access to the right data and company information in a structured way,\u201d says Joona Riitahaara, CEO and partner at Hovi Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovi Partners contacted Navcite at the end of June 2025. A decisive factor in the choice of supplier was the ability to quickly start and implement the project. The previous CRM system was no longer sufficient as the business grew, and the need for better support for the sales processes was urgent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cWe were looking for a partner who could match our ambition. Navcite stood out for its entrepreneurial approach and ability to quickly take on the assignment and deliver.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Record-fast implementation of CRM and secure file management<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After a demonstration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Hovi Partners quickly decided to move forward. The project started in July, in the middle of the holiday season, and the CRM system was implemented on 1 August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn record time, we got the CRM solution up and running, ready for the sales team to use. This was followed by further improvements and developments,\u201d says Juha Kurki, Business Consultant and Partner at Navcite Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution was adapted to Hovi Partners&#8217; way of working and designed to be both intuitive and visually clear for the sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cA central part of the solution was a specially developed traffic light system where salespeople can easily spot potential new clients. To enable this, a third-party solution was also integrated, providing access to public company data from Finnish databases.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the CRM system, Navcite implemented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A secure file transfer protocol solution (SFTP), where contracts stored in the CRM system are automatically forwarded to the right partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration with Microsoft Entra and SharePoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This has significantly improved both security and efficiency, especially when handling sensitive and personal information. This applies to both Finnish and international customers, including those in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>An active IT partner from start to further development<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovi Partners does not have its own internal IT function, which placed high demands on Navcite to take responsibility for the IT environment, including support and ongoing maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cNavcite has done everything we asked for, and it works really well. They are very easy to work with,\u201d says Joona Riitahaara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An important success factor has been Navcite&#8217;s personal approach, with regular check-ins and a clear commitment even after implementation. Work on the CRM solution continues, with ongoing improvements to further simplify the sales team&#8217;s daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More efficient work and increased transparency<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The effects of the project are noticeable throughout the organisation. Salespeople have easy access to important client data and contracts. The company&#8217;s board of directors also sees clear value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cWe have achieved improved transparency of data in the company, which gives us a better basis for decision-making at management level. We are very satisfied,\u201d says Joona Riitahaara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Next step in the collaboration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovi Partners continues to grow and is now planning further development of both the CRM solution and SFTP flows, including more advanced reporting and management reporting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cThanks to the CRM project being implemented so quickly and successfully, we want to deepen our collaboration with Navcite in more projects going forward,\u201d says Joona Riitahaara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Navcite, the project is a clear example of how the combination of technical expertise, responsiveness and drive creates business value, even when the schedule is unusually tight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-talstreck\">\u201cHovi Partners is innovative and exciting.
