That is why we start with the business process – not the technology.

We want to understand how work actually happens: where information changes hands, where decisions are made and where everyday exceptions create challenges. By involving the people closest to the processes, we get a clearer picture of what needs to improve and why.

Before we talk about solutions, we need to understand how the business actually works. That is what allows us to recommend something that makes a difference in everyday operations, says Niklas business consultant at Navcite.

Sometimes the answer is a new system. Sometimes it is about making better use of what is already there, improving the flow of information or changing the way a process works.

The technology may vary. The starting point stays the same: what does the business need in order to work better?

A partnership that moves you forward

Understanding the business is only the beginning. At some point, choices have to be made – and we believe customers should be able to expect more from a partner than a list of technical possibilities.

We don’t want to leave a customer with a list of possible routes. Our job is to understand how their business works, recommend a way forward and explain why we believe in it, Niklas.

Our customers bring deep knowledge of their own business. We bring experience from other projects, industries and situations. The value comes when those perspectives meet.

For us, partnership means being close enough to ask difficult questions, challenge when needed and have open conversations when something changes.

Because projects do change. Priorities shift and new information emerges. What matters is having a partner who stays involved and helps turn those changes into decisions and a way forward.

A good partnership isn’t about agreeing on everything. Sometimes our responsibility is to challenge the customer, explain what we see and help them make a decision they can feel confident about, Niklas.

Structure that creates confidence

A good project method should not create more administration. It should make a complex project easier to understand and move forward.

Our project method follows four phases: Discover, Define, Build and Deploy. It gives us and the customer a common direction, but the structure itself is not the goal. The goal is clarity and confidence throughout the project.

Customers should know where we are, what comes next and which decisions need to be made. We keep expectations clear, follow up on what we have agreed and address changes together rather than allowing uncertainty to grow.

The tools are simple, but powerful. They help us set clear expectations, follow what we have agreed to deliver and make sure nothing falls between the cracks, Niklas.

Clear responsibilities, decision points and regular follow-up help us keep progress, risks and costs visible. It also allows both teams to act early when something changes instead of discovering problems further down the road.

For us, consistent delivery is ultimately about something quite simple: staying close, taking responsibility and moving forward together.

What happens after go-live matters too

Going live is an important milestone, but it is not where the value of a solution ends.

Once people start using it every day, new opportunities and needs emerge. The business continues to develop, and the solutions supporting it need to develop too.

That is why our relationship with a customer can begin long before implementation and continue long after go-live. We can support everything from initial assessment and system selection to implementation, Customer Care and continued improvement.

The same principles stay with us throughout: understand the business, give clear recommendations and take responsibility for moving the work forward.

Small company feeling – Big company experience

For us, Small company feeling – Big company experience describes what we want it to feel like to work with Navcite.

The small company feeling is about making collaboration easy.
